HIV and AIDS in South Africa. South Africa has the biggest HIV epidemic in the world, with 7.7 million people living with HIV. HIV prevalence among the general population is high, at 20.4%.

My work with FAWN, together with my co-author Andrew Wakeford has taken us to a small village called Sefhare, where we captured the stories and images to share with the world.
